Creativity of Three Female Figures Who Change the Gender Rules of Leadership in the Church

Abstract

An issue that is always a hot topic of discussion that needs to be discussed in more depth is women's leadership. The issue of gender equality, which claims that women are only sex slaves for their husbands, is all interesting to examine more deeply. The issue of whether or not women should hold leadership positions has long been debated in the public arena of Christianity in the church, therefore this research aims to inform that some churches can accept it as long as the woman has the ability and is flawless in the eyes of the law and humans, and focuses on the glory of God , the woman could become a leader in the church. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data based on various literature. The results provide information, every woman can become a leader in the church where the woman is a leader who focuses on God in all aspects of her life and in conclusion, several churches can tolerate female leadership in their church.
