Transformative Leadership Style in Increasing the Effectiveness of Ministry in the Church

Abstract

This study examines the role of transformative leadership in encouraging the effectiveness of church services. Transformative leadership is characterized by a leader's ability to inspire and motivate congregations, drive positive change, and increase church member engagement and commitment. The results of the study show that effective transformative leaders are able to create a clear and inspiring vision, build strong and supportive relationships with the congregation, and empower congregation members to actively participate in various church activities. In addition, transformative leaders also encourage innovation in church ministry, creating a supportive environment for capacity development and congregation engagement. This research confirms that transformative leadership is key to achieving effective church ministry, with leaders who are able to inspire, empower, and provide emotional support to their congregations.
